Provide guaranteed minimums:
90% of our events are prepaid private events like company lunches, weddings, and parties. The events that are not prepaid usually have a guaranteed minimum. We protect your interests.
No charge to our Partners:
We do NOT ask for any fees or commissions from you at all. You make the same amount of money when we help book your services or the client goes directly through you. You are our partner. In fact, everything we do for mobile food vendors is 100% for free. If you ever need anything at all, about any subject, just ask.
No vendor membership or sign up:
We help our clients navigate a saturated market and match their needs with the highest quality vendors/services at their price point. Being part of this community costs you nothing. You do not have to do anything but respond to emails/event inquiries if you are available.
Hassle free bookings:
We know clients don’t speak our language. We coordinate all the details, logistics, and payments with the client so you can focus on what you do best, serving great food.

'Possible Event' Email
We send you a possible event email. If you are available, let us know
Not Available - no problem. You don't even need to respond

If You Respond Available
We present you and your menu in front of the client.
All who responded as 'available' will get presented.

If The Client Books You:
Congrats! We will send you a confirmation email and reach out to you to talk about next steps.
We will also follow up with you post-event to get your feedback and to ensure it was a success.

If The Client DOES NOT Book You:
You will not hear back from us.
Due to the high volume of booking requests we receive, we are unable to respond to each respondent about each event. Our 'Possible Event' emails are only inquiries.

We are now making our referral program a permanent program!
It's a simple program where you can refer a client to us and if they fully book you will receive a $50 payout for each booking.
There is no obligation to participate:)
Referring business keeps the client using a mobile food vendor and the better each one of us does, the better we all do. The more clients think of mobile food vendors for all events, formal and casual, the more business we all get in the long term. It all helps the community. We only work with the mobile food vendor community.
The client must make sure to mention you as a referral AND/OR you can let YFTE know the client's information and we will reach out directly.
A simple "Hey, we are booked, but these guys might be able to help. Let them know we sent you." would be fantastic:)
Bonuses are paid out after the clients event is complete within 7 business days.
The client must complete a booking with us in order to receive the referral bonus.
Bonuses will be paid out via your choice of credit card, check, Zelle, or Venmo.
Only one referral bonus is allowed per client event and the first vendor who directly refers the client to us will receive the bonus.
There is no limit to the amount of referral bonuses you can receive.
Our core mission is to promote the food truck community and have clients see your services as a wider range option for catering and private events.
Not only do you have the possibility to make money, but you are also helping your fellow food truck owners by securing more business for our food truck community by keeping the business in the community. As always, we handle all the logistics of planning the events.
